Hum sab perfect beginning chahte hain.

Agar exercise karenge → full routine
Agar padhai karenge → perfect plan

Main bhi sochta tha ki main roz subah uthkar sab perfect karunga…

Par maine saalon tak sirf socha.

Kyuki main perfect start ka wait kar raha tha.

aur dheere dheere aur habits build hone lagi.

2. Simple Roadmap Banao

Sabse pehle clear karo:
👉 Tumhe jaana kahan hai?

Phir usko chhote daily steps me tod do.

Jab tum daily progress dekhte ho:

  • confidence badhta hai
  • results dikhne lagte hain
  • mind momentum build karta hai

Aur jab momentum aa jata hai…
toh rukna mushkil ho jata hai.
